FAQ

1. How can I register for the run?

1) Choose a course on the event website

2) Click “Register”

3) Enter your login and password to log into your personal profile (if you have participated in our events before)

4) Click “Enter”

Please, notice! If you haven’t participated in our events before, you will have to click “Register” and provide your personal information. We will email you your login and password to access your personal profile if your registration is successful

2. How can I make the payment?

According to the “Rules of Run Ukraine 2022”, the race participants pay the entry fee by electronic payment on the organizer’s website.

The payment service is provided by the Interbank system of electronic invoice delivery and payment  Portmone.com using a modern and secure payment card authorization mechanism. Payment card details are entered on the Portmone.com website in a secure mode and are not available to employees.

3. How long is registration for the races open?

Registration of participants is open from 1.02.2022 till 12.03.2023 (depending on free slots).

4. What will be the race format?

The “UNITED BY BRAVERY” charity run series will be held in  online.

  • UNITED BY BRAVERY: New Home — 11-12 of February
  • UNITED BY BRAVERY: Drone Army — 25-26 of February
  • UNITED BY BRAVERY Saving Lives — 11-12  of March 
5. What distances are available within the race?

The online format has four distances to choose from:

  • 10 km
  • 21 km
  • 42 km
  • Free distance
  • Team 1+1
6. Will I get a medal?

Each participant who purchased the start package “with a metal medal” will receive a physical metal medal within 4 weeks after the race. The cost of delivery by Nova Poshta within Ukraine is included in the cost of registration. Delivery outside Ukraine is paid additionally.

Each participant who purchased a start package “with an virtual medal” will receive a virtual medal in the mail on the day of the race.

7. Are there any discounts for running clubs?

No. There are no discounts for clubs for the UNITED BY BRAVERY run, as it is a charity project.

8. Are there any discounts for military personnel?

Yes. Military personnel receives a 30% discount on registration.

9. Can I use cashback from my Run Ukraine account when registering for a race?

No. The UNITED BY BRAVERY race is not eligible for a cashback account, as it is a charity project.

10. Can I get a refund for my registration if I cannot participate in the race?

No. The entry fee paid by the Race participant is not refundable under any circumstances.

11. Where will the money received for registration go?

70% of the profit from the run will be donated to UNITED24, an initiative of the President of Ukraine.

  • UNITED BY BRAVERY: Drone Army – Fundraiser for Mark Hamill’s initiative to acquire 10 RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance drones.
  • UNITED BY BRAVERY: Saving Lives – Fundraiser for United24 and Uber’s Ambulance Initiative.
